“My wife, she was the love of my life. She was a little short blonde, 5’2. She was pretty and we got along fine. That was good. I don’t remember how we met, it seemed like she had been part of my life forever. I was married for 51 years. It is a long time but if it’s with the right woman, then that’s what’s fine and mine was with the right woman.”

There was a guy that lived close to me, he bought these peanuts in a great big crate and he put them into a small package to sell 5 cents a box and that’s how I made money for a long while. He would pay me to fill up the 5 cent crates. It was fun. It wasn’t like a job.”
